Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup parsley leaves
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 1 cup -Dandelion Greens
  • 1/2 cup- organic baby Spinach
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • Medium Small piece of ginger root
  • 1/2 of Squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of Braggs Apple Cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 3 ice cubes

Blend ingredients add more water if veggie shake is too thick.
