- 1/4 cup parsley leaves
- 1 medium cucumber
- 1 cup -Dandelion Greens
- 1/2 cup- organic baby Spinach
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- Medium Small piece of ginger root
- 1/2 of Squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of Braggs Apple Cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup of water
- 3 ice cubes
Blend ingredients add more water if veggie shake is too thick.
